Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

How does the quote system work?

For one-time lawn services, we ask you to upload photos of your yard when booking. We review the size and condition, then contact you with a fair quote before any work begins.

How do payments work?

Monthly plans and standard services are paid securely online. For one-time services, we may provide a quote first and then confirm payment after approval. We also accept cash and E-Transfer if arranged. If you're paying cash or E-Transfer for a monthly packagae, payment is required up-front prior to any work being initiated.

How long does a typical job take?

Most front and back yard jobs take between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on yard size and condition.
